1. Scope and license
These product terms describe MileProfit: Mileage & Cost Tracker. App Store distribution is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Use the app only for records and materials you are entitled to process.
2. Free and Pro access
Free allows three new saved load analyses in total in a local workspace; deleting an analysis does not reset that count. Other Free tools include manual Drive Log, weekly planning and personal JSON export. Pro adds unlimited new analyses, comparison, trip closeout, fuel receipt OCR and advanced IFTA reports. Monthly and annual Pro unlock the same features.
3. Prices and the introductory offer
Configured US prices are US$14.99 per month and US$129.99 per year. Eligible users may receive two calendar months free, once per Apple subscription group. The trial begins when Apple confirms the eligible subscription, not when a local profile is created. Apple's purchase sheet confirms the actual localized price, eligibility and renewal date.
4. Renewal and cancellation
After a free trial, the selected plan renews automatically at its recurring price unless canceled. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends if you do not wish to renew, using Apple Account → Subscriptions in device Settings. Apple manages billing, cancellation and refund requests. Website browsing does not start a subscription.
5. Estimates and tax preparation
Calculations depend on the information and assumptions you provide. OCR fields and mileage entries require review. IFTA and mileage reports support recordkeeping and tax preparation; they are not filed returns, official tax determinations, guaranteed deductions or guaranteed audit acceptance. Verify records and applicable requirements with your jurisdiction or adviser.
6. Local data and service limits
You control local records and exports. The current app has no background GPS capture, cloud workspace sync, bank payment processing or team account collaboration. Keep needed exports before deleting local data. Internet is required for Apple purchases/restoration, online map content.
