Compare Free and Pro ↗Configure one truck cost profile with fuel, fixed costs, maintenance, tires, other variable costs, driver compensation and dispatch/factoring fees. Review cost per mile and break-even estimates with missing-data warnings.
Create up to 3 saved analyses in total in your local workspace, including full analyses, saved Spot Checks and duplicates. Deleting a load does not restore a creation; reviewing and editing existing records remains available.
Record fuel purchases and mileage by state or province manually, with vehicle and fuel-type details, dates, odometer readings and correction of incomplete entries. Fuel purchases are cash records and are not counted again as trip fuel consumption.
Review planned and actual weekly results, cash received and your weekly goal in your home time zone. Add dated home commitments and review confirmed loads in the weekly plan.
Read saved loads, original cost assumptions, formula details and any previously recorded actual results after a subscription expires. Existing offers can be edited; creating additional saved analyses still follows your plan limit.
Add and edit drives with addresses, dates, distance, vehicle, notes, tolls and parking. Classify business, personal or unclassified drives and review monthly or annual summaries.
Generate and share monthly Drive Log CSV and PDF files or annual summary, drive-list CSV and PDF files. These Free reports cover Drive Log records; quarterly IFTA reports are a separate Pro feature.
Export all personal app records, including attached receipt data, as JSON or delete local app data at any time, including after Pro expires. This JSON export is separate from Drive Log and IFTA PDF/CSV reports.
Estimate the result of an offer from revenue, loaded miles, deadhead miles and optional return miles using your saved costs. Unsaved calculations have no usage counter; Save as Load uses a saved-analysis creation.
Review and edit an existing offer, confirm a valid complete load and record draft, scheduled, in-transit, delivered or canceled operational status. Operational delivery and payment status are separate.
For trips with actual results already recorded, add or remove individual receipts with amount, date and reference. Review received totals and outstanding balance; receipts belong to their cash week and do not change operating profit.
Include your own return destination, mileage, timing and optional next-load assumptions in a full load analysis, subject to saved-analysis limits. Review estimated arrival against a home commitment.
Inspect cost lines, percentage or fixed fees, selected fee bases, driver compensation and before-tax operating results. Missing or invalid assumptions are flagged rather than treated as verified profit.
Select quarter, fuel type and vehicle to review recorded total miles, IFTA/non-IFTA miles and gallons purchased, with incomplete-record warnings and editable manual mileage entries.
Read fuel purchase details and receipt images already saved on the device. Review and correct manually entered fuel fields; new camera/photo OCR remains Pro.
Search and filter drives by vehicle, classification source, weekday and time. Classify or delete selections, undo the most recent deletion and join eligible adjacent drives after review.
Manage multiple Drive Log vehicles and a primary vehicle. Compare annual odometer information with Fuel and IFTA readings without overwriting those records; truck cost calculations still use one cost profile.
Create business/personal custom purposes, set work hours and manage frequent-route classification rules. Repeated classified routes can form a rule; these rules classify entered drives and do not detect movement.
Save named places with optional coordinates, update historical labels or create a future-only label, and view origin/destination map previews when coordinates are present.
Use the embedded supported-year mileage schedule or enter a custom mileage rate. Enter or display Drive Log distance in miles or kilometers; logged business value stays separate from load profit and IFTA.
Enable permission-based reminders for unclassified drives, daily or weekly scheduling and an optional badge. Reminders can be turned off and do not start background trip detection.
Export multi-section landscape monthly and annual PDF mileage logs featuring Schedule C vehicle expense summaries, toll/parking totals, and per-vehicle drive logs with page and report totals.
Keep report contact addresses locally and share generated Drive Log files through the system share sheet. Email shortcuts open your mail app; they do not automatically send or attach reports.
Choose English (US) or Spanish (US) and light, dark or system appearance without converting or deleting your records. Financial calculations use USD; report PDF language follows the app selection.
Explore advanced workflows with clearly labeled sample data, then start a local workspace. Loading demo data replaces the current workspace after the applicable confirmation; it does not activate an Apple subscription.
Keep records on this device and run cost calculations, manual recordkeeping, local-file review and on-device OCR without uploading records to a MileProfit server. Purchase access and optional online actions have separate connectivity requirements.
Create additional full load analyses, save Spot Checks and duplicate loads without the Free creation cap while Pro is verified and active. Existing records remain readable after expiration.
Compare two saved offers using the same starting point, decision horizon and return assumptions, including result per total mile and committed day with input-quality warnings.
Enter or update actual revenue, distance, fuel consumed, trip times, expenses and initial received amounts. Compare planned and actual operating results separately from payment receipts.
Scan or select one fuel receipt image per record. Apple Vision extracts candidate fields locally; review confidence, evidence, totals, duplicates and missing information before saving.
Review jurisdiction totals, fleet MPG and estimated taxable gallons using the chosen fuel basis. Export a quarterly localized PDF and CSV package with optional receipt images; incomplete records stay marked for review.
MileProfit
Clear limits matter as much as a feature list. These apply to the current version of MileProfit.
MileProfit does not currently provide iCloud/CloudKit synchronization, cross-device record merging or an app-managed automatic cloud backup. Device backups depend on your device settings.
Automatic background drive detection is disabled. MileProfit does not request movement-tracking location permission or automatically measure trip distance.
You enter miles, jurisdictions and timing. Coordinate maps connect entered endpoints and are not recorded road routes, turn-by-turn navigation or route optimization. Freight availability and legal driving hours are not verified.
IFTA and mileage outputs are records for your review or tax professional. MileProfit does not calculate jurisdiction tax rates, tax due, credits, refunds, guaranteed deductions or file tax returns.
Trip payment entries do not collect money, transfer funds, connect bank accounts or charge a customer. Only the Pro subscription purchase is processed by Apple.
The app exports its records as JSON but currently has no user-facing flow to import or restore that JSON file. Keep copies of exports and backups in a destination you control.
Core calculations and fuel receipt OCR run on-device. App Store pricing, purchases and restoration, published policies, email and online maps can require connectivity or another installed app.
The Free cap counts new saved analyses in the local workspace, including duplicates and saved Spot Checks. It is not a monthly allowance, three simultaneous slots or a limit on unsaved calculations. Deleting a load does not decrement the counter.
The configured offer is two calendar months, not a fixed 60 days, once per subscription group for eligible Apple subscribers. It starts when Apple confirms the subscription, not when a local workspace is created. StoreKit confirms actual eligibility, localized price, period and renewal before purchase.
The app has one active truck cost profile for load calculations. Separate Drive Log vehicles and IFTA vehicle filters do not provide independent cost profiles, shared team accounts or fleet dispatch management.
Load operating results are before taxes and separate from received cash. Drive Log business mileage values do not become load revenue or IFTA mileage automatically; fuel purchases are not added twice to consumed fuel.
Calculations depend on your entries and assumptions. OCR scans and manual entries can be incomplete or incorrect and need review. Incomplete IFTA exports remain labeled incomplete; no export is an official certification.
A local workspace is not an online MileProfit account. No MileProfit login is required for manual tools or the demo. Apple handles the account and eligibility used for subscriptions.
