Use Quick Spot Check for an unsaved calculation or Analyze Load for a saved scenario. Enter loaded, deadhead and return miles yourself. Save up to three new analyses on Free; Pro removes that creation limit.
Open More → Drive Log. Add drives manually and review business/personal classification, purposes, vehicles, odometer and notes. Rules can suggest classifications; they do not capture movement. Select a month or year for a Free PDF/CSV report.
In Drive Log, choose Drive Log Report and select a month or year. Review the vehicle summaries and detailed drives, then share the landscape PDF or CSV using the native share sheet. The report uses your own manually recorded data.
Enter fuel and jurisdiction mileage manually. Pro can recognize fuel receipt fields locally and create advanced IFTA summaries and exports. Confirm uncertain fields, mileage completeness and fuel records before sharing a report.
With Pro, enter actual trip revenue, miles, fuel, dates and costs in Close Trip. Then record payments received, dates and references manually. These cash records do not charge a customer or alter the trip's operating result.
Open More → MileProfit Pro to see StoreKit pricing, eligibility, Restore Purchases and subscription management. An App Store connection is required for purchase and restoration. Existing data and personal export remain available after expiry.
Open More to export the complete local workspace as JSON or delete local records. Drive Log and IFTA have their own report formats and plan requirements. JSON export is not an in-app restore/import feature.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Free includes the cost profile and unsaved Spot Check calculations, three new saved load analyses in total, weekly planning, manual fuel and jurisdiction mileage, existing history, manual Drive Log and Drive Log PDF/CSV reports. Complete personal JSON export and local deletion remain available.
Pro adds unlimited new saved load analyses, comparison of two offers, trip closeout with planned versus actual results, local fuel receipt OCR, and advanced quarterly IFTA summaries and PDF/CSV packages. Monthly and annual subscriptions unlock the same features.
Eligible first-time subscribers receive two calendar months through Apple, once per subscription group. Confirming an eligible subscription in Apple's purchase sheet starts the trial. Afterward it renews at the selected monthly or annual price unless canceled. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends if you do not want to renew.
No. It is a total of three new saved load analyses in the local workspace, including saved Spot Checks and duplicates. Deleting an analysis does not restore a creation. Unsaved calculations and Drive Log records do not use this counter; you can still read and edit existing load records.
Drive Log monthly and annual PDF/CSV reports are Free. Advanced quarterly IFTA reports are a different feature and require Pro. The complete personal JSON export is available on every plan, including after a subscription expires.
The current app uses manual records, not background GPS capture. It has no app-level iCloud synchronization or multi-device workspace sync. Map previews show coordinates you provide, not a verified driven route. Core records and receipt recognition run locally.
Monthly and annual Drive Log PDFs use a landscape mileage-report layout with vehicle summaries and dated drive rows, recorded distances, purposes, notes, rates, parking and tolls. Review the recorded values before sharing. PDF and CSV export are supported; importing reports from another app is not part of this workflow.
No. IFTA tools organize mileage and fuel for review; they do not calculate final tax owed, file a return or guarantee audit acceptance. Trip payments are manual records of money received, not card charges, bank transfers or collections.
Your existing records, history, Free tools, complete JSON export and local deletion remain accessible. New Pro actions require a valid Apple entitlement. Deleting app data does not cancel an Apple subscription.
