# MileProfit

> Official product and plan reference. Updated 2026-11-03.

Status: in App Store review; not yet available for public download. This is a native iPhone/iPad app for iOS/iPadOS 17+, in English and Spanish. No MileProfit login is required.

## Plans (US launch prices)

- Free: USD 0.00, without a subscription. Three accumulated new saved load analyses per local workspace. Deleting a record does not reset the count. Unsaved Spot Check calculations and Drive Log records are separate.
- Pro Monthly: USD 14.99 charged monthly (P1M). Product ID: com.mileprofit.pro.monthly.
- Pro Annual: USD 129.99 charged annually (P1Y). Product ID: com.mileprofit.pro.annual.

Monthly and annual unlock the same Pro features. Eligible first-time subscriptions receive P2M (two calendar months) free, once per subscription group. Apple confirmation starts the trial; local workspace creation does not. Renews at the selected price unless canceled. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid renewal. Localized prices and eligibility come from Apple.

## Important boundaries

- MileProfit does not currently provide iCloud/CloudKit synchronization, cross-device record merging or an app-managed automatic cloud backup. Device backups depend on your device settings.
- Automatic background drive detection is disabled. MileProfit does not request movement-tracking location permission or automatically measure trip distance.
- You enter miles, jurisdictions and timing. Coordinate maps connect entered endpoints and are not recorded road routes, turn-by-turn navigation or route optimization. Freight availability and legal driving hours are not verified.
- IFTA and mileage outputs are records for your review or tax professional. MileProfit does not calculate jurisdiction tax rates, tax due, credits, refunds, guaranteed deductions or file tax returns.
- Trip payment entries do not collect money, transfer funds, connect bank accounts or charge a customer. Only the Pro subscription purchase is processed by Apple.
- The app exports its records as JSON but currently has no user-facing flow to import or restore that JSON file. Keep copies of exports and backups in a destination you control.
- Core calculations and fuel receipt OCR run on-device. App Store pricing, purchases and restoration, published policies, email and online maps can require connectivity or another installed app.
- The Free cap counts new saved analyses in the local workspace, including duplicates and saved Spot Checks. It is not a monthly allowance, three simultaneous slots or a limit on unsaved calculations. Deleting a load does not decrement the counter.
- The configured offer is two calendar months, not a fixed 60 days, once per subscription group for eligible Apple subscribers. It starts when Apple confirms the subscription, not when a local workspace is created. StoreKit confirms actual eligibility, localized price, period and renewal before purchase.
- The app has one active truck cost profile for load calculations. Separate Drive Log vehicles and IFTA vehicle filters do not provide independent cost profiles, shared team accounts or fleet dispatch management.
- Load operating results are before taxes and separate from received cash. Drive Log business mileage values do not become load revenue or IFTA mileage automatically; fuel purchases are not added twice to consumed fuel.
- Calculations depend on your entries and assumptions. OCR scans and manual entries can be incomplete or incorrect and need review. Incomplete IFTA exports remain labeled incomplete; no export is an official certification.
- A local workspace is not an online MileProfit account. No MileProfit login is required for manual tools or the demo. Apple handles the account and eligibility used for subscriptions.
