1. The app and this website
MileProfit is operated by Mileprofit Mileage. The native app stores your workspace on your device. This website explains the product and plans; it does not receive your load records, receipts or calculator entries.
2. Records and recognition
Financial entries, fuel receipts, drives and jurisdiction mileage are stored locally using SwiftData. Fuel receipt recognition uses Apple Vision on-device. The shipping app does not enable CloudKit workspace sync or background GPS capture.
3. Optional external actions
Apple handles subscription purchases and transaction verification. Map previews may request map content from Apple. Native sharing and email send only what you decide to share, through the apps and providers you select.
4. Website hosting and support
The site includes no advertising or analytics scripts. Hosting providers receive ordinary technical web request information to serve the pages. If you email support, your email provider and the support inbox handle the message and any attachments you choose to send.
5. Export, deletion and device backups
The complete workspace can be exported as JSON on any plan. Local records can be deleted in the app. There is no in-app JSON restoration or automatic cloud workspace backup. Any operating-system device backup is separate from MileProfit sync. Preserve records you need before deleting the app or local data.
6. Subscriptions and retention
Apple processes payment details; MileProfit does not collect card or bank credentials. Existing local data remains available after Pro expires. Deleting app data or uninstalling does not cancel an Apple subscription.
